What we collect when you use the website and the API, and why.
API keys and usage
API keys are stored only as hashes. Each request’s endpoint, parameters, status and job count are logged to meter your plan; request logs are deleted after 30 days, monthly usage totals are kept for billing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.
Email and messages
We send account emails (verification, password resets, invitations) and keep a record of each. Messages you send through the contact form are emailed to our team.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
